Basic Experience:
Must have 5 years of experience in managing systems engineering and technical assessment projects covering all phases of system hardware and software including design, development, integration, implementation, testing, production, operations, and maintenance.
Specialized Experience: Experience in assigning and managing personnel, implementing cost controls, developing project timelines, and preparing complex project management plans. The successful candidate must possess the following skills and attributes:

BUDGET OPERATIONS ANALYST

Education: B.S. or B.A.

Hours
Basic Experience: Must have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis of large-scale Federal program/project budgets.
Specialized Experience: Experience in developing and maintaining real-time spreadsheets/databases of full-cost budgets including supporting documentation of budget adjustments; maintaining detailed records of budgets by mission, theme, programs and projects, cost centers and work breakdown structures; updating budgets in the accounting and subsidiary systems; and maintaining budget tables. The successful candidate must possess the following skills and attributes:

Demonstrated experience in Excel (pivot tables) and PowerPoint |

Experience installing hardware, software, security patches |

Basic Experience: Must have 3 years of hands-on experience in help desk and desk side support of standard office automation hardware and software using Remedy help desk software.
Specialized Experience: Experience providing diagnosis and resolution of office automation hardware (PCs, laptop docking stations, printers, scanners, PC projectors, fax machines, etc.); software (MS Windows XP, MS Office 2003 Professional); network and telecommunications equipment; and mainframe and midrange password resets. The successful candidate must possess the following skills and attributes:

Ability to respond to email requests for support using clear, concise, basic terminology |
