Systems Analyst

Job Number: TI-0085

Location: Washington Metro Area

Education: Bachelor's degree in related field

Full Time or Part Time: Full Time

Security Clearance: Public Trust (or ability to obtain)

Basic Experience:
Eight years of IT experience, including 5 years in systems analysis and design.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and evaluate present or proposed business procedures or problems to define IT needs.
  • Conduct technical research on system upgrades to determine feasibility, cost, time required, and current systems compatibility.
  • Research, plan, install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain and upgrade hardware and software interfaces with the operating system.
  • Analyze user interfaces, maintain hardware and software performance tuning, analyze workload and computer usage, maintain interfaces with outside systems, and analyze downtimes, proposed system modifications, upgrades, and new COTS.
