Systems Software Engineer

Job Number: TI-0084

Location: Washington Metro Area

Education: Bachelor's degree in related field

Full Time or Part Time: Full Time

Security Clearance: Public Trust (or ability to obtain)

Basic Experience:
Eight years of IT experience, including 5 years in software analysis and design.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and design next generation IT applications and create requirements that will allow implementation by the development team.
  • Provide identification/fixes for problems within existing software designs/implementation of new systems; enhance existing applications; and participate in analysis, design, and new construction of next generation IT applications.
  • Analyze customer needs and create requirements that will allow implementation by the development team.
  • Implement solutions that combine telecommunications concepts, computer languages, operating systems, database management systems, and applications.
