Business Process Re-engineering/ Business Transformation Specialist

Education: Bachelor's degree in related field

Full Time or Part Time: Full Time

Security Clearance: Public Trust (or ability to obtain)

Basic Experience:
Eight years of experience in IT business process re-engineering/business transformation.

Responsibilities:
  • Apply process improvement and re-engineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects.
  • Evaluate specialized tools and solutions to aid in business change.
  • Perform activity and data modeling; identify best practices; and create and assess performance measurements.
  • Implement new policies, procedures, processes, techniques, metrics/models, and other time/cost saving initiatives.
  • Oversee effective transitioning of existing project teams by providing group facilitation, interviewing, and training to facilitate knowledge transfer.
  • Serve as coordinator between multiple projects teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of re-engineering efforts.
