IDIQ Program Manager

Basic Experience:
Ten years in a related senior management position in Government IT services environment, including 5 years of experience managing contracts valued at over $100 million.


Responsibilities:
  • Direct multiple Government task order(s), ensuring that technical program tasks and schedules are met.
  • Direct project personnel; manage costs, schedules, and risks; ensure task order compliance; and serve as the primary customer interface to Government and to Powertek management to communicate progress, issues, areas of concern, and other requirements.
  • Institute and manage process for reporting near-real time status of all task orders supported by the IDIQ vehicle.
  • Actively monitor external IDIQ websites for customer-posted task orders/announcements and internal IDIQ; interact regularly with vendors, Business Development Teams, and Customer Account Teams to monitor task order pipeline.
  • Summarize task order requests and vet against qualification guidelines for bid/no-bid decisions; coordinate task order bid/no-bid decision process between Customer Account and sales support teams.
  • Support the development and maintenance of IDIQ support materials for sales, customer account, and growth platform functions.
  • Responsible for building the opportunity pipeline for a task order vehicle.
  • Act as the main point of contact for communications regarding solicitations and/or operating procedures associated with a task order vehicle.
  • Monitor and maintain task order submissions data and award announcements.
  • Track IDIQ metrics based on Business Plan and generate weekly report of activities and results for all stakeholders, including task order pipeline and forecast; act as the point of contact for routine task order status inquiries.
  • Develop and foster working relationships with customer program management staff for task order vehicles.
  • Develop plans for the successful pursuit of new task orders, including the preparation and submittal of technical and cost proposals.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to task order managers and staff and serve as the principal contact with customers(s) and corporate officials.
  • Conduct daily customer interface for schedule reporting, program requirements review, and ad hoc queries and reports.
  • Brief senior Government personnel.
  • Manage multiple contracts/tasks, multiple subcontractors/vendors.
  • Experience managing a large number of personnel.
  • Remain current with industry standards, best practices, and developments, and reflect such information in reports, proposals, quotes, and requested information.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, quantitative, and presentation skills.
